Michelle Rosenberg is a Director in GAO’s Health Care team. She oversees health care audits, including those related to Medicaid, the 340B Drug Discount Program, the Indian Health Service, and the health care safety net.
Michelle joined GAO in 1999 as a member of the Health Care team, where she led engagements on Medicaid and other health care programs focused on vulnerable populations.
Michelle earned a master’s degree in public health from the University of Michigan. Michelle earned a bachelor’s degree in health & society and psychology from the University of Rochester.
