Elizabeth (Biza) Repko is a Director in GAO’s Physical Infrastructure team. She is one of GAO's experts on surface transportation, including safety, rail, and financing.
Biza joined GAO in February 2005. She has also worked on GAO’s International Affairs and Trade team.
Biza earned dual master's degrees in public policy and environmental policy from the University of Michigan. Biza earned a bachelor’s degree in international relations from Michigan State University.
