The Chief of the GAO Claims Division, in an internal memorandum, requested that GAO review its decision for reimbursement of the cost of obtaining driver's licenses for two employees on travel status in the Virgin Islands. The claim by Edward R. Weber was allowed, while the claim by Ira S. Fischer was disallowed.

GAO ruled that the allowance of the Weber claim is sustained, and the Claims Division was directed to issue a supplemental settlement of the Fischer claim, allowing the item claimed.
