Andrew Von Ah is a Director in GAO’s Physical Infrastructure team. He is one of GAO's experts in areas including telecommunications, public transit, and maritime transportation.
Andrew joined GAO in 2000. He holds a bachelor of arts in Cultural Anthropology from the University of California at Irvine and a master’s degree in Public Policy from UCLA.
