Comments on Payment of Photographic Prints

GAO commented on whether the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) could certify for payment ten vouchers for photographic prints of agency officials. GAO held that the vouchers could be certified for payment, since a FHA administrative official deemed the photographs necessary to carry out the provisions of the National Housing Act.
