GAO Updates Electronic Protest Docketing System (EPDS) Filing Fee

Effective October 1, 2024, the Electronic Protest Docketing System (EPDS) filing fee for new protests will be $500.  Pursuant to 31 U.S.C. § 3555(c), GAO is authorized to charge a filing fee to support the establishment and operation of an electronic protest filing and document dissemination system.  GAO has determined that a fee adjustment is warranted in order to ensure that GAO recovers the costs to establish and operate the system.
